Warranty

ViewZ warrants that the equipment it manufacturers is free from defects and workmanship and materials and meets published specifications. All ViewZ monitors that have been operated within its published ratings and have not been subject to mechanical abuse or modification and have failed because of such defects will be, at the option of ViewZ, replaced or repaired. For purposes of maintaining reasonable cost, ViewZ warrants that all LED monitors sold will be free of dead pixels on the center 3rd of the screen and have no more than 3 dead pixels outside of the center 3rd of the screen, with no defective pixels within 5mm of each other. ViewZ warrants pixels for 90 days from shipment and warrants all sold broadcast monitor products for 24 months for parts and 3 months for labor costs associated with repair or replacement. All monitors that require repair or replacement will require a Return Materials Authorization and the freight charges associated with the repair will be the responsibility of ViewZ. This warranty does not cover claims resulting from customer misuse, loss of use or transit damage or incorrect voltages. All end-users will be required to provide warranty information and provide proof of purchase date.
