Return Policy

Any standard ViewZ product may be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the item is returned in its original, unaltered condition.

To initiate a return, the customer must obtain a return authorization and return address. The return freight must be prepaid.

A copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation, including the customer’s name, address, and phone number, should be enclosed with the return.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item by ViewZ, a credit will be issued.

Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking charge, as follows:

• 31 days through 60 days: 15% of the original invoice price
• 61 days through 90 days: 25% of the original invoice price
• 91 days through 120 days: 35% of the original invoice price
• Returns after 120 days will not be accepted for credit.

Any products that have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. There are no returns on any special-order items.
