ViewZ products are proudly designed and produced with the highest performance and quality in mind. As a result, we are able to offer our valued customers our 2-Year Parts and Labor Warranty. In the rare event that one of our products does not perform according to our specifications or our customer’s expectations, ViewZ on-site Technical Support staff will work diligently to resolve each case. ViewZ may also choose to provide an Advanced Replacement unit depending on the details of each individual case.<\/div><\/div>

Troubleshooting and RMA Procedure<\/h2><\/div>

  2. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, please follow the instructions on our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Form to request an RMA number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Each section on our RMA Request Form must be completed in order to receive an RMA number* *Note: All ViewZ RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.<\/li>\n
